Adygei cheese on the grill
Spring, summer is, of course, it's time for picnics and outings. And usually it involves grilling. But what about those who do not eat meat? This is not a reason to give up the opportunity to relax in the fresh air! We will prepare this delicious spicy cheese grilled with a crispy crust and fresh vegetable salad that is yum!

Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese

    450 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetables

  • Greens

Cheese cut into fairly large cubes or triangles as you like.

The mortar rubs cumin seeds or rosemary.

Mix the crushed cumin, finely chopped garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Obtained fragrant oil, fill with cheese, cover with foil and leave for about half an hour, turning occasionally cheese in the bowl a few times, for a more thorough soaking.

Then string cheese on wooden skewers and fry on the grill on both sides until Golden brown.
