Cooking
I took the salmon and white fish called Basa, as it is called in Russian, I don't know.
Prepare the stuffing by any available method: meat grinder, blender. Add the finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, mix well.
They do the same with shrimp and mushrooms is a filling for the roulade. Don't be put off by the color of the meat, I took mushrooms and Portobello (they are dark). Add the cream and onions. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet (recipe + 5 tiger shrimp), I only fried the meat.
Shrimp and mushrooms gave a lot of juice, so I had to evaporate the juice for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and add the minced cilantro, salt, pepper.
On greaseproof paper in a thin layer spread the stuffing of fish.
Turn into the loaf. I did pernyi times, but it was very easy to roll a roll.
Carefully wrapped in foil and put the loaf in the oven (at medium heat) for 15 minutes. after 15 minutes, unfold the foil and podrumyanim the wheel.
