Fritters of minced Turkey
Very tasty pancakes or burgers, that's one way to call them... Tender, juicy! Favorite and the kids and adults... Family happy and fed;)))

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Oil corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The Turkey (chicken) cut into very small pieces, "reeds", and is in a size of 0.5*0.5 cm...

Fold the meat in a bowl and add the sour cream...

Season with salt and pepper (adult), add the egg and mix...

Add the flour, semolina, greens (mine don't eat, silly, but recommend you!), stir, cover and let stand for 1 hour in the fridge...

Now heat the pan with oil and fry pancakes on medium heat until Golden brown, 5 minutes on each side...

If the roasting process you is going faster, then make less fire...

Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to rid of excess oil...

Prepare sauce... Mix all the ingredients (yogurt, herbs and garlic), season with salt to taste and let stand. Therefore, the sauce is good to make in advance, once finished with the meat. And while the meat will marinate as time the sauce will reach the condition;))) Served pancakes-patties with sauce! It's not just tasty – it's delicious!!! I sincerely recommend!!!
