Spicy rice with shrimp

Washed rice soak in cold water for an hour. Then the water is drained, collect all the products together, because the cooking process goes pretty quickly - everything must be at hand.

Chop tomato, pepper, carrot, onion and garlic in small cubes

Tolstoganova heat in a pan the oil (probably better in a wok, but I don't : ( ), fry until transparent onions, add garlic, spices (cloves, ginger, curry, Bay leaf, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly so the spices do not burn.

To the onions add all the chopped vegetables and 1 Cup broth. Without closing the pan with a lid, saute the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Then add the soaked rice (without any liquid), pour the remaining broth, season with salt to taste, mix,

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and boil-let boil for 10 minutes.

At the end of quenching put on the rice defrosted shrimps and chopped parsley,

To hold under the lid for another few minutes, then stir. A few shrimp leave for decoration.
