Omelette with fillings
In hotels, a decent level, when you come for Breakfast, usually is the cook who prepares your choice of dishes from eggs: "Madame, omelette? What kind of stuffing do you prefer?" And then you have to quickly navigate between 10 to 15 different fillings exhibited in front of you in small bowls: "I, please, cheese, mushrooms, shrimp, tomatoes... ", but usually say in short: "Everything but onions and anchovies!", for example. Generally in the family home is also a very democratic approach.
