Cooking
First, break the chocolate into small pieces. In a saucepan put to boil the milk.
In another saucepan put the butter, cut into pieces and put on fire. As soon as the butter begins to melt, add the sugar and stir.
Add chocolate chips, mix well until smooth (preferably using the whisk).
Parts pour the sifted flour, stirring constantly.
It is important at each stage carefully stir chocolate mixture until smooth...
When the mixture acquires a smooth consistency, with no lumps, add gradually the hot milk.
As soon as the cream starts to boil, hold the fire for another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. It priority a thick, silky consistency.
Pour the resulting cream in molds. Cool slightly and refrigerate, preferably overnight. The pudding must be frozen!
