Coconut cake
This is a delicious cake, which is the Foundation - crumbly shortcrust pastry, a thin layer of chocolate, a generous scattering of nuts with a candied cherry, and completes the magnificence of a thick layer of coconut soaked with condensed milk. Allow yourself a little weakness and maybe that's such a cute little thing will make Your day sweeter!!! Nice recipe and my changes.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

  • Nuts

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Candied

    75 g

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    600 g

Cookies can take any, I "Baked milk" heat the oven to 160*C, not more!!!(this is important!!!)

Grind in a blender biscuits. Mix with the oil. The form vystelit paper with sides of about 20 cm, lubricated with oil. Place a layer of biscuits, flatten.

To sleep with a thick layer of coconut.

Pour on top of condensed milk and put on 25-30 min in the oven, the main thing not to overdo, otherwise the cake won't be tender. Allow to cool in the form of night. Then cut into squares.

Put in a bag chocolate and submerge it in hot water (not boiling water!), cut off tiny corner of bag and put on a cake drawing with melted chocolate.
