You like pies? And the mushrooms? And the cheese? If you have already three times said "Yes", this recipe is one hundred percent yours!!!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    0.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

The dough I prepared many years in this way: in 1 stack. bred warm milk 2 tbsp. sugar, sheptock of salt, 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp. butter, 15 gr dry yeast, break 2 eggs.
