I knead the dough in the bread maker. If You don't have it, do not worry - you can knead the dough by hand. First prepare the dough No. 1 - in the warm water add the yeast. Leave for five minutes.
Then add the remaining ingredients for the dough No. 1 - the sifted flour and dry milk, sugar, salt, egg, softened butter.
Put the bucket in the bread machine and turn on the mode of kneading.
After kneading leave the dough to increase in volume doubled in a warm place.
Then Eminem the dough and divide into 6 equal portions. Cover with foil so the dough is not dry, leave for 15 minutes.
In this time, prepare the dough No. 2 - bring water to a boil on the stove, add the butter and a pinch of salt.
When the butter has melted, add the sifted flour, knead quickly and remove from heat.
And knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.
Put the dough No. 2 in a pastry syringe or bag with a nozzle with a circular hole.
