Soup with shrimp, green onion and egg
The recipe for this flavorful soup is inspired by the traditions of South-East Asia, where eggs are often lightly cooked in the broth. Crackers or bread with a crispy crust perfectly complements this easy soup in haste.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the broth into a saucepan, add the zest of the lemon slice, ginger, green onions. Ginger I previously passed through the press. Bring to a boil. If you want the soup less thick, then take the larger amount of broth.

Its long grain very well fit into this soup. The cooking time of the rice of this variety (12минут) is ideal for this recipe.
