Salad
Very tasty and healthy salad. Eat even those who don't like liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Grate the liver.

Grate the boiled carrots.

Grate separately the whites and yolks.

Put in layers in a deep bowl (I did a La carte): liver, on top of the mayonnaise (mayonnaise made myself).

On top of carrots and mayonnaise.

Then proteins and fried onions.

Then green peas (can be canned, I took frozen and boiled) and mayonnaise on top.

On top of the liver, mayonnaise and yolks.
