Salad
Very tender fish salad for the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song". The Foundation took the recipe of salad with sturgeon "Mimosa", added the carrots and eggs for decoration. Making salad in the form of a bell came up with especially for my main composition "Christmas wreath".

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Carrots

  • Caviar black

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To catch fish, I have a sturgeon weighing 1 kg.

Fish clean, rinse, cut into pieces.

Boil the fish in salted water, cool, cut into cubes.

Mushrooms, rinse, chop into cubes.

Mushrooms sauté.

Onion peeled, cut into cubes.

Put the salad layers, forming a bell. 1 layer – boiled meat of sturgeon cubes; 2 layer – fried onions; 3 – crushed yolk of a boiled egg; 4 mayonnaise; 5 – chopped mushrooms; 6 – egg white; 7 – mayonnaise; 8 – grated cheese.
