Mashed potatoes with roasted garlic
Our most favourite dish of potatoes is mashed potatoes. Suggest You to try a meatless version of this side dish. Tender and flavorful, this sauce is not inferior in taste to the traditional recipe.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Greens

    5 sprig

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    120 ml

Garlic cut in half, place in foil, this add the thick part of the stem of the green onions, drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil. Wrap is not tight, that there is a place for steam, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Potatoes peel and boil in salted water for 30 minutes after boiling. Potato then drain the broth, but don't pour.

In the bowl of a blender put the chopped herbs and green onions, squeeze the pulp of roasted garlic and roasted onion, add the olive oil.

Add the soy sauce. I use naturally brewed soy sauce Cccamp.

Whisk everything in a blender.

Potatoes preroute.

Add the mixture from the blender and again preroute.
