Cooking
For cooking it is better to take pork the thawed, not too lean, my shoulder. Cut the meat into thin strips.
Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce, Kikkoman, add water, sugar, chopped garlic.
Pour rice wine (or cognac).
Put in marinade sliced pork, mix well, leave for 10 minutes. Add starch and mix well again, leave for 10 minutes.
Add the meat in vegetable oil, stir.
Take green onions, wash, peel. The white part cut into slices, and green stripes with a length of about 3 cm.
On a hot frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and on high heat for about 5 minutes fry the pork, stirring constantly. Meat should brighten, but do not boil. Prepared meat remove from the pan.
My frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil, put the rings on the white parts of the onions and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put in a pan fried meat, add green onions. Mix everything together on medium heat, fry 2 minutes.
Make a sauce. Mix Kikkoman soy sauce, water, sugar and pepper.
Pour the sauce meat with onions, stir, simmer 2 minutes.
Pork with green onions is ready! Serve immediately, garnish - rice. Bon appetit!
