Cooking
Milk to boil with half the sugar and vanilla. Yolks mix well with the remaining sugar and starch (to avoid lumps).
In a Cup, pour a little hot milk and slowly pour yolk mass, stirring constantly. Stir well and slowly pour into the boiling milk. On slow fire to bring to thick. To interfere with enough vigour, the mass is smooth, without lumps.
Roll the dough and cut into squares with sides of about 10 cm.
