Sour cream cake soufflé with strawberries

Therefore it is better to use the normal gelatin, which may be introduced into the cold mass.

For this recipe I used frozen strawberries, but you can certainly take and fresh. If you take frozen, it should first be defrosted, drain the separated juice. In the juice dissolve the sugar (you can juice with the sugar to heat up but not boil). The strawberry mash or chop. Mix with a sweet juice. If strawberries are fresh, then it should also mash or finely leaves with a knife. Mix with the sugar. Sugar to take the taste, depending on the acid strawberries. Stir until until sugar is dissolved.

Fat whip cream with sugar until solid. Quickly mix in the liquid cream. In strawberries pour 1/3 of the solution of gelatin and sour cream, the remaining 2/3 of the gelatin. Mix well.

At the bottom of a small enameled pots (d=18cm, h=12cm) and put a circle of paper or foil. Pour cereal in 2 or 3 layers.

In a saucepan pour a little sour cream mass. So much that she just soaked balls. If you pour the cream more, the balls will float. Put the pan in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden. Remove from the freezer, pour a layer of cream, put into the refrigerator to light curing.

Pour a layer of strawberries, again put in the refrigerator. In the same way to make several layers. (I did 2 layers of sour cream,2 strawberry). The main thing is not to hurry and to sustain the layers in the fridge until thick, otherwise they will mix. When all products are over, a pot of cake put into the refrigerator for at least a night!!!

The finished cake to remove from pan - put the pan in hot water for 1 minute. To hold the long thin knife along the sides of the pan, flip the pan onto a plate. Shake the cake gently slid down on the dish. Remove the pan from the cake. On top of the cake to put second dish, flip over entree to remove.
