Cooking
The bottom of the form (20 cm diameter) vystelit baking paper edges to coat with butter.
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Sift flour, cocoa and salt. Stir.
Cream butter, beat until creamy - a few minutes.
Add the sugar and continue whisking another minute or two.
One at a time beat eggs and continue whisking...
.. until we get a homogeneous lush mass.
Food dye is dissolved in the buttermilk or yogurt.
Begin alternately to enter our butter-sugar mixture the flour and colored yogurt. Whipping at the lowest speed, add 1/3 of the flour first. Whisk.
Then half of the yogurt with dye. Whisk. Again 1/3 of the flour. The second half of the yogurt. And the last third of flour. Whisk on low speed until smooth. Soda Gasim vinegar and quickly mix up the dough.
Whisk cream cheese (Philadelphia) and butter (room temperature) until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk until fluffy. The cream should be very thick so that the spoon stood. Send cream in the fridge for an hour and a half or two.
In a baking dish pour half of the batter and bake for 25 minutes. After baking let cool for 10 minutes and get out of shape. Bake the remaining batter for the second cake. And put into the fridge for a couple of hours.
Get the cakes to the cream from the fridge.
Coat on all sides, not sparing cream. The more, the better!
Sent the cake in the fridge for at least 8-9 hours.
