Pear pie with curd filling
Easy to prepare, delicious and so easy - you can afford more than one piece!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    350 ml

  • Salt

  • Pear

    6 piece

  • Jam

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Egg mix with sugar, add butter, sour cream, salt and flour and knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put the dough in the form and make the bumpers.

Pears peel, halve and core. I put them in cold water with lemon juice to avoid darkening.

On the dough spread with jam and lay the pear halves.

Curd mix with sour cream and lemon juice. Beat eggs with sugar and add in cheese, then add the flour and stir well. Spread on pear.

Bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes and leave to cool in turned-off oven.
