Breakfast muffins in the microwave
Coffee and sour cream muffins cooked for morning coffee. No problems... Fast, flavorful and delicious! (Microwave 800 W)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    1.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cherry

    14 piece

The egg broke in the chopper (I use it when using a small number of ingredients). Poured coffee, sugar, vanilla sugar, added salt and whipped.

Poured flour, baking powder, sour cream and again blend until smooth.

The batter is poured in a container with a capacity of 300 ml.

In each container put seven dried pitted cherries. Put them in a bowl.

The plate tanks was placed in the microwave for four minutes. The dough rose to the brim.

Container turned upside down and used the microwave for another 1.5 minutes.

The cupcakes easily, without effort, passed on plates.
