Description

Pear, canned in wine
Unusual recipe canned pears.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    600 g

  • Dry white wine

    800 ml

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

Cook sugar syrup. In a pot pour 300 ml of water, add sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Leave on low heat.

Pears wash, scalded with boiling water. Push in each fruit for 4 Bud cloves.

Carefully lower the pears into the syrup and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 3-4 hours.

Pour the syrup in a bowl. In a saucepan with the pears, pour the wine and lemon juice. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

To shift pears in sterilized jars.
