Cheese potato rolls
Try these delicious cheese-potato rolls with fraudulent "mushroom" stuffing and a Golden, crispy crust. This delicious I made for dinner last night, when my husband tried it, he was surprised asked: "And where you took the mushrooms? Of the house do not seem to have left?" Yeah... after such a hot summer about mushrooms in our area can only dream of... and so like... here and give to family, "mushrooms" treat!

Ingredients

Boil potatoes in salted water, then drain, mash. To cool down a bit. Add grated cheese, 2 eggs, squeezed garlic and pepper.

Eggplant cut into cubes, onion - small strips. Together they are fried in vegetable oil. At the end of cooking a little pepper (salt is not necessary) and add the mushroom cube (optional, can be added), stir the filling to cool.
