Fish pie
Light meal and in cooking and in the eating... Delicious hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Fish fillet washed, cut into pieces, boil in well salted water with the Bay leaf. The liquid is drained, the fish dry.

Simultaneously in a frying pan heat the oil, fry the chopped onion until translucent.

Fish and onion mince or grind in blender.

Add in the mince and cheese. In the original recipe, nothing more is added, but I thought it was boring... added egg, semolina, horseradish and a lot of greens + vegetable oil after frying onions. Salt-pepper to taste. All mixed.

The baking pan is well greased with oil and spread the minced meat. Bake in preheated to 200*With the oven for 20 minutes, remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and another 10 minutes in the oven.

Fish pate is well suited young boiled potatoes and salted cucumbers. By the way, the cucumbers "malasyia" mineral water - very much a recipe that I found on the Internet. But I liked the pickles, though for them a special love for salted cucumbers didn't notice :)
