Chicken with beans
A great chicken dish. Easy to cook, the result is always very tasty. The recipe from the newspaper, the name, unfortunately, I don't know.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

The chicken is cut into pieces of approximately 150 g (however, this is optional, and can be more finely), add chopped garlic, pour soy sauce and vegetable oil, mix and leave for a couple of hours at room temperature (or overnight put in the fridge). Peel potatoes, carrots and cut into roundels of medium thickness (several mm). Beans soak overnight, boil until soft (about 30 minutes). The water from soaking beans be sure to drain, boil without salt! Spread in a deep pan the chicken along with the remaining marinade, potatoes, carrots.

Add kidney beans and mushrooms (not defrosting).

Cut the onion rings, put well.

All mix, add salt, pepper, other spices – optional (soy sauce is very salty, so salt better be careful, I do not salt).

Pour water to cover the bottom of the pan. Put in preheated oven, bake 50 minutes – 60. Important! Every 15 – 20 minutes looking to see if the water has boiled away, add more. It turns out that's the chicken side dish.
