Cooking
To prepare the necessary ingredients.
A form suitable for grilling, covered with foil. In its absence you can do the following. Fold in half a large sheet of foil and fold over the edges to make sides. For reliability can be further secured office paper clips. Grease with vegetable oil.
Scrape the carrots and cut into cubes. Put into a form.
Onion peel and cut into large slices. Spread on top of the carrots.
Then add the peeled and chopped sweet pepper.
Garlic peel and cut into thin petals. Send to a prepared vegetables.
Zucchini wash and coarsely chop. I have a young zucchini with a thin skin, so I left it. The old and overgrown zucchini peel should be cut. Put into a form.
Krakow sausage peel and slice tostymi circles. To put on top of vegetables.
Season to taste (I used your favorite Italian herbs and black ground pepper) you can add your favorite seasonings. Add the sliced butter.
Pour soy sauce. Salt I do not recommend that the vegetables do not let a lot of juice. It is better to do for 5...10 minutes until tender.
Cover the form with vegetables a foil sheet, the edges bend. Thin needle to make multiple punctures steam to escape.
Place the vegetables on the barbeque grill. Close barbecue lid. Bake for one hour. 10 minutes until cooked, gently lift the top sheet of foil and season with salt to taste. I'm not salted, because I had enough salt from the sausage and soy sauce.
Cooked vegetables served to the table and enjoy a delicious dish in a circle of friendly company. Bon appetit!
