Lemon muffins
I was very skeptical about lemon cakes, it was considered chemical. But then found the recipe online and decided to try it, just bought Tarocco to peel. Girls, this is something extraordinary! Delicate, light, with just a subtle lemon acidity! Please everyone, I guarantee!


  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    400 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g


With a lemon grate the rind - 1-2 teaspoon
Beat the eggs with the sugar, I think, the best mixer, but I don't have it and I do a nozzle blender
Add the oil, lemon juice and grated rind, whisking constantly on medium speed
Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Sift into the egg mixture, mix well.
Add sour cream, gently stir again, put it on forms.
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes, they characteristically rise
Take out and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
