Cooking
Roll out the puff pastry and cut with a cookie cutter for cookie 12 diamonds with a length of 11 cm. From 6 rhombuses make frames. Coat the frames with egg and place greased side on the diamonds. If You don't have molds, then make stencils from cardboard or paper. To do this, draw a circle with a diameter of 22 cm and divide it into 6 diamonds.
Put diamonds in the form of stars on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then coat the frames with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Put the baked tartlets on a plate. Mix sour cream, lemon zest, pepper. Put on each slice a few capers on top - sour cream mass. Cut salmon in strips, roll in the form of a rose and place in the center of the tartlets. With a spoon spread out the red and black caviar in the corners of the diamonds.
