Tarte
I guess I already said that I don't really like cookie dough: it is very much "dry, sweet or... I don't even know what it is". But I finally found the perfect shortcrust pastry: flaky, tender, very tasty. Yes and ready in literally 5 minutes. And yet... it's summer, lots of fruits and berries, you need to use to use. I suggest you make summer tart that will please all. Why??? And because it has multiple toppings - enjoy it all!

Cooking

step-0
The dough is very simple: cold butter cut into cubes, add sugar, vanilla, salt, egg yolk, flour. Hands knead the dough, adding water as necessary. If you have a food processor, you can knead the dough in it. Look at your test, you may need more or less water or flour.
step-1
Get an elastic dough that does not stick to hands.
step-2
Form for baking grease with butter or lay a baking paper, put into it the dough. I have a form 23-24 see a Little test, leave for decoration.
step-3
Fruit peel, cut and put on cake into 1/4 of each type of filling.
step-4
The remaining roll the dough, cut the ribbon to put around the edge of each filling. The fruit, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon (optional).
step-5
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees until Golden brown.
step-6
Jam put in a bowl, put on 10-20 seconds in the microwave to make it hot. Hot jam to put on the fruit. Later, it hardens and will Shine in the fruit, like jelly. Pie to cool and serve!
