Meat quiche with eggplant
Very tasty and quite nutritious pie of available products. You can eat, both hot and cold. Dish for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    270 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Apple

    1 piece

Eggplant cut into squares, sprinkle with salt and set aside that would have gone the bitterness.

In a well heated pan with vegetable oil, fry the peeled and chopped onion and garlic (about 5 min).

Add the minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally, until the meat is white.

Then add wine, salt, pepper, spices, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.

Put the chopped greens, stir and remove from heat. In the same pan fry the eggplant for about 5-7 minutes and also remove from heat. Turn on the oven at 180-200°C for heating.

The rolled out puff pastry, spread in a greased baking dish (I have a 24 cm in diameter) and pierce with a fork in several places. The dough I used ready, but you can make yourself - on the website a lot of good recipes puff pastry. Spread on dough, ground meat, eggplant, slices of peeled Apple (optional),

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and pour whipped eggs with milk.

And bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes.
