Cooking
In warm milk add yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp. of flour. Mix well and put in a warm place for 15 min. before the advent of "cap".

Gradually pouring flour, knead soft, not sticky, smooth dough (adjust amount of flour during kneading). Put the dough in the bowl, cover with napkin and leave for proofing for 1 hour in a warm place.
