Apple pie
This Apple pie is my Declaration of love Apple baked goods! Be diverse, be "classic Oh", so tasty and so not boring! I can't get past the Apple baking, be sure to learn a new recipe... and usually if it interested me, cook and tasting! So this recipe from a French blog caught my attention. We liked the pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    2 piece

In a Cup mix 25 ml of milk, yeast and 1 tsp sugar. Leave on for 5-7 minutes before formation of a foam "cap".

In a bowl sift the flour, add the butter pieces, the yeast mixture, remaining milk and sugar, a pinch of salt. Knead the dough.

Gather into a ball and cover the bowl with a sheet (or towel). Clean a quiet place for 1-1,5 hours before more of the test twice.

Coming up the dough on a work surface, divide into two parts. Each part roll out in rectangle and cut out the strips with a width of approximately 1.5-2 cm. Apples peel, remove seeds and cut into thin slices.

A baking dish (22 cm in diameter) lay baking paper. On side forms to spread the test strip. She "lay" with the Apple slices.

Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. While warming up the oven, give the cake to stand still for 15 minutes, and then brush it on top with cream (or egg yolk with milk) and sprinkle with sugar (optional).

Bake pie in hot oven for 35-45 minutes, in any case, be guided by your oven. The finished cake to cool and transfer to a serving dish. Optionally, before serving sprinkle a little icing sugar.
