A refreshing cocktail with kvass, melon and strawberry ice cream with honey. perfect in the heat and replace dinner.
Ingredients

Melon
150 g

Ice cream
50 g

Honey
1 Tbsp
Cooking
Pour in the Cup of a blender, cold brew. The melon cut into pieces and sent to the kvass, pour a spoonful of honey.
All is well split.
Poured into glasses.
In each glass put a ball of ice cream. I have strawberry, and classic. Cocktail is ready!
