Plum marmalade with red wine and cinnamon
Very tasty marmalade with a Christmas touch.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    750 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Semi-dry red wine

    200 ml

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Plum wash, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Add the vanilla sugar and jelly, stir and cook after boiling for 4 minutes. Take the pan off from the heat, add the wine and cinnamon. In sterilized jars to pour the jam and close the lid. Put upside down.
