Love simple meals that are making minimum of the workpiece, can be frozen, and came home from work to bake quickly in the oven without cooking dinner time! One of such dishes are my favorite stuffed zucchini, baked in an omelet.

Cooking
Zucchini cut into round segments, remove the middle (the skin I was scraping, because the young zucchini), salt and fry on both sides.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If we use frozen solid billet, then sprinkled with cheese increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes.
