Description

Cooking
In forcemeat add the chopped garlic, soy sauce and your favorite herbs.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Strips of bacon cut lengthways into 2 halves. It will be easier to wrap our meatballs.
Some of the mince to split in the middle to add cheese.
Wrap the strips of bacon.
Preheat the oven to 180C. I put my meatballs in a muffin tin. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes. In the process of roasting stand out a lot of juice, it is better to merge to the meatballs nicely brown. The juice can be used to prepare the sauce. In the finished meatballs to stick skewers.
