Chicken fillet with eggplant
Dear cooks! I want to share with You an awesome recipe of chicken fillet with eggplant! This is one of the favorite dishes of my husband, as he says, "French meat" rest)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Olive oil

  • Mustard

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash, cut into "chops as" thin slices, repel, salt and pepper. Each plate liberally with mayonnaise and mustard, marinate for 30-40 min.

Then place the slices on a small distance from each other on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Onion peeled, cut into thin rings, put on each slice a fillet.

Eggplants remove skin, cut into cubes. 150 g of mayonnaise mixed with two cloves of garlic, grated on a fine grater. Spread onions on top of eggplant and spread with mayonnaise with garlic.
