Cod baked
Tasty and healthy dish that does not require a lot of effort. It turns out very juicy and flavorful, despite the fact that the cod itself is quite a dry fish. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a pan, where we marinate the fish, mix soy sauce and mustard, each steak to dip in the marinade and leave to marinate for 1-3 hours

Carrots three on a grater, onion and tomato cut into half rings, a little potseluem and mix everything
