Description
Pechenocna tender chicken with sweet and sour apples. Quick to prepare, tasty dish. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Lesi called "Chicken liver with apples" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
For cooking take the chicken liver. Cut it in half.
Fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan without a lid. Because the liver is very fat sprays, I used the "grid".
The liver fry until "the disappearance of the color of blood".
Apples better to take sour-sweet varieties. Remove the core, cut into segments.
Add the apples to the liver, overcook minced 2 minutes.
Peeled onions cut into quarters.
Add the onions to the liver, salt and pepper.
