Grapefruit marmalade
Incomparable jam, the original cooking method (for me it was a revelation!). Of course, the recipe leaves room for imagination, you can add any flavors. The recipe I want to give the Larika (larik_malasha).

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    1 kg

Grapefruit wash, fold in a huge pot (they're freely placed). Cover with water so they floated, cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Grapefruits are soft, don't stab! Carefully drain the water.

In an empty pan pour the sugar.

Cut grapefruit on sugar, so the juices flowed into the container (keep away!), remove pits and squeeze a little juice.

Finely chop the boiled grapefruit. For a more uniform consistency all this beauty can kill a blender or partly interrupting and partly to keep the pieces... Personally I can invent combinations)))

With lemon to remove the zest and squeeze the juice, add to the grapefruit. All the mix, you can wait until sugar is slightly dissolved. Boil for about 15 minutes to finish.

Can be squashed into jars for storage or eat it immediately. Output more than 1 liter.
