Cooking
The main part marked with *. Condensed milk (try to buy WITHOUT palm oil and milk powder...), butter or baking margarine, flour, eggs (see photo 3, the cupcake was done in half the norm), in theory 2, heavy whipping cream. Plus 1 teaspoon sugar (whisking the egg) and baking powder (mix with flour). The rest – chocolate, nuts, cheese, yogurt – to Your taste. Our favorite – from the main photo, the marble, when the dough is divided in half and one part is added to the melted chocolate (just chocolate, not cocoa poroshok). But how to fill a cupcake, you think you know almost everything. If not all pour the batter of 1 tablespoon, one at a time – white, dark, white, dark... it just settles in beautiful stripes.
So, the basis. Condensed milk mixed with butter (good butter to give a little "step"... so soft it was).
Mixed - pluhem there yolks (the whites in the fridge, we separately whisk) and cream. If the cream is as I have thick, just add. There are fat, but liquid. Their fluff advanced. Mix.
Baking powder mixed with flour. Added to the batter. The wand is assistant helping, no semantic load it carries :) When I processed the photos, she could not understand WHY I stuck the stick into the dough... then I realized that I did not :)
And the final step basics - whisk the whites with 1 teaspoon of sugar (can do without it, the sweetness from the condensed milk is enough) and gently beat in to the batter. Spoon.
The basis is there. Can bake, 1 hour at 180 (put in preheated oven, check the wand for readiness in about 45 minutes, but I have always the hour turns). This is "additive". Izyumitelny cake with raisins. Raisins wash, dry, sprinkle with flour.
If condensed milk in the butter stir in 150 grams of cheese, is cheese cake.
If you add ground nuts (this is the IOC almonds in boiling water for photo composition) - steamed, peel, roast, grind (by the way, it is possible to do all this in advance and put the ground almonds in the refrigerator, it will lie there) - will nut.
And if you mix nuts and melted chocolate - is a cupcake with filling. Pour 2/3 of the dough, put the filling, cover with rest of dough.
