Description
Moldavian pie - Moldovan special kind of cake resembling cake round and sometimes square shape. The following dough recipe and toppings I most liked from the variety of this type of cake. Egg-and-onion stuffing with cheese - it's delicious, juicy and nutritious !

Cooking
3 eggs, water and flour knead a soft, elastic dough. During kneading add a little olive oil and salt to taste (+any spices).
The dough should be very soft (so the amount of flour is approximate - guided "on the spot"), but it should come unstuck from hands. Leave covered with a cloth, for 30 minutes.
And during this time, prepare the filling. 2 PCs. eggs boil and chop finely.
The bow I used red, can green (young), but you can just use white, as long as it's not bitter. Slice finely.
The cheese I used durum, if desired, cheese can be choose according to your taste. Grate on a coarse grater.
All the ingredients for the filling, mix, add salt and spices (at least, black pepper), add sour cream and stir.
A baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. The first part of roll into the shape of a circle, not less than 30 cm in diameter. Spread 1/2 of the filling and razravnyat her, not reaching the edges of 5-7 cm.
The second part of the test roll out a circle smaller than the first diameter of 5-7 cm, and cover the filling, lightly pressing down the edges.
Spread on top, the remaining part of the filling and levelling.
The third part of the test roll out, as the second part, and cover the filling. To raise the edge of the first layer and "stung" the bottom layer from the top.

Bake until it will turn brown over medium heat.
