Vanilla Apple-cheesecake
The recipe was a total accident. Given the sharply increased recently, the interest of chefs to recipes with brown sugar, I suddenly realized that I unfamiliar with it. Went to search the Internet for what it is and what to do. Found the recipe and immediately "lit up" them all, I love you. Dough, curd, vanilla, apples, and a very interesting top layer with brown sugar (I bought the dark, with a delicate aroma of toffee), almonds and... cereal. Delicious. Moderately sweet. Gently. Fragrant. It's worth it to cook.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 tsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    0.3 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.3 cup

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

To start making the dough. Melt butter (I did this in the microwave - 40 seconds. at maximum power). Mix the butter, cheese, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. The dough spread in a greased form, moulded rim, put into the fridge while we do the filling.

For the filling, whisk the cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt until smooth. Add starch, beat again. I took low-fat cottage cheese, but here as you like.

Clear the apples from the skin and serdtsevina, cut into small cubes.

Gently mix the apples and curd. Take out of the refrigerator the form with the dough, spread the filling and put into the oven preheated to 170 degrees. (IMPORTANT! If You, like me, a form of glass, then put it in a COLD oven, otherwise you will remain without form and without pie. Glass cannot tolerate drastic temperature changes. I stripped the glass pots and cups).

Now for the top layer. Almonds can be ground in a food processor, I didn't have it on hand, had to break right with a knife. Also grind oats, add the butter room temperature, brown sugar.

Mix everything. When the billet has cooked for 15-20 minutes, remove it from the oven and spread the top layer. Put in oven for about half an hour.

Then take out, cool it down and (the best option) aged in the fridge - I've got the cake spent the night. In the morning, get cut, served with coffee. Bon appetit and good mood always!
