Rustic pumpkin pie
Pumpkin season is not over yet!... Another very simple recipe rustic pumpkin pie!.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    450 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Pumpkin boil or simmer on a slow fire. Skip to the blender along with the pumpkin seeds.

Whisk sugar with eggs.

Melt the butter, cool it and add in the eggs, also add cinnamon. All mix well.

Mix the two flours. Add the baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Mix flour mass with egg mass. Mix well. Then add pumpkin puree. All very good stir.

Spread the batter in a greased form. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at temp of 180°.
