Description
This recipe I found on the Internet. In our dialect the name is pronounced - Hotcake. Hotto Keeki is a delicious, lush Japanese pancakes. Their size is something average between Russian pancakes and fritters. Bake on non-stick pan without oil. Preparing fast and simple! Hotto Keeki are served with chocolate or maple syrup.

Cooking
Whisk eggs, milk and sugar.
Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder. Stir to avoid lumps.
A dry non-stick frying pan well heated on a slow fire. Then put it on a couple of seconds on a damp towel to slightly cool. Pour into the pan a ladle of dough and wait until you get bubbles.
Turn over, cover and cook about 40 seconds... I'm not exactly pinpoint.
Finished hotcake put in a pile and top with syrup, honey or according to your taste. From this amount of ingredients is 5 hotcakes. One drawback - my family enough!
My husband said that we should infuse this Japanese dish Russian tinge to melted butter.... and sprinkle with sugar :D
