Cooking
Coffee beans grind in a coffee grinder. In a saucepan, mix the milk, cream, 1 tsp sugar and vanilla. Bring mixture to a boil, turn off the fire and add to the pot ground coffee.
Mix everything. Cover the saucepan with a lid and allow the mixture to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
In a separate bowl the yolks and 2 tsp sugar whisk until the mixture brighten.
The present coffee milk strained through a fine sieve (or gauze). A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour the milk into the yolk mixture, continuing to stir add the cream liqueur. Preheat the oven t 120 degrees. In a deep baking dish, put the ceramic molds.
Fill ceramic molds with the mixture for creme brulee. In great shape, pour very hot water 1/2 height ceramic molds. Prepare creme brulee in the preheated oven in a water bath for 45-50 minutes.
