1. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy 2. Add brown sugar, whisking to dissolve the sugar 3. Sift flour with baking powder. 7. Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat and mix in the white chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir well and cool to lukewarm.

8. Then to drive the butter at room temperature. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

9. Leave a little cream for decoration. The rest of the cream to coat all the cakes, so as to cover the sides and top.
