Cooking
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Put sugar and carefully stir until then, until the mixture starts to bubble.
Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Bring to Penn state.
Pour the hot mass into a warm bowl or saucepan for whipping. Gradually add dry milk and vanilla, whisking to a thick viscous state. Thing quickly as not to cool the mixture, otherwise you'll peel oil (in this case, simply heat again on the fire until smooth). The resulting WARM mass put into a form and cover the top with cashews.
