Cake
I saw on the site how to make cake in the microwave... and immediately remembered my favorite cake!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    14 Tbsp

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.333 tsp

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

In bowl, mix with a fork the egg and sugar. Then add the cocoa.

Now the flour and soda. Mix well. Then butter and milk. Stir until smooth.

Pour the dough in a deep form (the cake will rise strongly), previously putting at the bottom of the parchment. Bake for about 5:30 minutes in a microwave oven at maximum power.

Cut the sponge cake into 2 parts. The base must be approximately 1.5 cm tall. The rest cut into cubes.

The base oil a sufficient amount of sour cream and sugar (! don't make the cream of all the cream, leave on for approximately 300 g. for sprinkling on top!).

Lay the first layer of cubes of sponge cake, covered in cream (from the center to the edges). Then a layer of pineapple and nuts (I made from pears).

Next, lay out a mound of the remaining cubes.

Make the cream from the remains of sour cream and coat the cake top. Now mix about 1 tbsp of cocoa with milk (to get a thick mixture, not too liquid, I even added a little sour cream) pour over the cake. You can also add candy decorations. Let stand the cake a few hours to cake soaked. And even better - leave overnight in the fridge. Enjoy your tea!
