Meat with pickles
Great recipe without unnecessary problems! The meat turns out tender, slightly tangy, with a slight acidity. The recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user natashaE called "Meat with cucumbers" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A huge thank you to Sarah nuf_nuf for the help in photo processing. I am very glad that in the coloring of this recipe we have participated together!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Pickled cucumber

    350 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Cooking

The meat (I had lean pork) cut into medium-sized pieces.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Cut onion into rings.

Arrange the onion to the meat, stir, simmer a bit.

Cut into julienne cucumbers, add sour cream, salt, pepper and, if desired, other spices.

Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat until tender. I the cooking process took about 1 hour.
