For registration we need 12 disposable plastic cups. Chicken put in a pot, pour water, around 1.5 litres, and when it boils, remove the foam, add spices to taste and peel the carrots and onion. Cook delicious robust broth. When the chicken is ready, get it, remove the meat from the bones and finely chop. The broth is filtered.

Soak gelatin. As it rises, add it to the broth, stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil! Give the broth to cool slightly.

Express the liquid from the peas, corn. Carrots from broth and cut into stars, flowers - whatever)))

Eggs boiled, cut into slices. You can use quail eggs, with them cool.

Take the cups (about 12 pieces), at the bottom of each put an asterisk carrots, a circle of eggs, chicken and pour jelly. Allow to freeze, and the frozen jelly put the peas, corn, can greens and again, the carrots, the chicken egg. Everything is completely depends on your taste preferences and imagination. Fill cups to the top with broth and send them in the refrigerator.

Before serving, dip cups in hot water for a few seconds and flip on a dish or plate. I have at this time been portion with the Korean markovochka. Another option: one large dish turn over all the cups and between them lay or greens, or fresh (marinated) vegetables - anything. Looks very festive!
