Try an unusual buckwheat cocoa for Breakfast. It will warm you up. The drink is very rich, thick, sweet, spicy. Just right for an autumn Breakfast

Cooking
In the evening, add cold milk buckwheat flakes. I chose the flakes of TM Mistral
Add cocoa, stir and remove overnight in the refrigerator
In the morning, put the cocoa on the stove, cook 5 minutes from boiling, stirring constantly
Shake the drink in a blender until smooth, add honey and cinnamon. Re-heat until boiling
Pour into cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. A cheerful morning! The texture of the drink is thick, like hot chocolate
